- otherwise interact with us in connection with our building-material and whole-house project supply services.

- Communication information: inquiries, messages, meeting notes, call records, feedback, support requests, and correspondence;
- Transaction information: quotations, order details, invoice information, payment status, shipping instructions, consignee details, customs information, and warranty or claim records; and
- Marketing preferences: whether you wish to receive or stop receiving promotional communications.
Please do not submit information that is not reasonably necessary for your inquiry. Avoid including government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information in project files or general contact forms.

We limit the information provided to what is reasonably necessary for quotation, development, production, quality control, certification, or claim resolution.

Freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, insurers, couriers, destination agents, and local delivery providers may receive contact, consignee, order, packing, and shipping information necessary to transport and deliver products.

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and abuse. When reCAPTCHA runs, Google may receive device, browser, IP-address, interaction, and cookie information for security and risk analysis. Google states that reCAPTCHA may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie for this purpose. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to its processing.
The Website also loads a third-party video player supplied through Kingsway Video. When a page containing video content loads or when a video is played, the provider may receive technical information such as IP address, device or browser details, page information, and playback events.
You can control cookies through your browser and, where available, our cookie-preference tool. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may cause forms, security checks, videos, or other Website features to work incorrectly.
Because Website tools change over time, we may update this section and the Website’s cookie controls when providers or purposes change.
8. Third-Party Websites and Communication Platforms
The Website contains links to services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. If you follow a link or communicate through one of those services, the service provider will process information under its own privacy policy and account settings.
We do not control third-party websites or platforms. Review their privacy information before providing personal information.

Sibolla is based in China and works with customers and service providers internationally. Personal information may therefore be accessed, stored, or processed in China and in other countries where our affiliates, suppliers, manufacturers, hosting providers, cloud providers, logistics partners, or professional advisers operate.

Sibolla does not currently use Website-submitted information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

The Website and our project services are intended for business and professional users and are not directed to children.
