Outdoor Tile Manufacturer: Terrace, Balcony & Garden Solutions
Slip-resistant outdoor tiles for patios, balconies, and pool areas—weatherproof, durable, and style-matched to your exterior.
What Materials Do We Provide
Porcelain Pavers
High-density porcelain with water absorption <0.5% for freeze–thaw durability.
Slip-rated (R11/R12) surfaces for wet zones. Suitable for dry-lay, pedestal systems, or mortar installation. Resistant to salt, chlorine, and outdoor weathering.
Porcelain Slabs
Large-format panels with rectified edges for minimal joints and clean lines.
UV-stable, stain-resistant, and low maintenance—ideal for façades, terraces, and raised outdoor systems.
Granite
Naturally strong stone for driveways, steps, and heavy-traffic areas.
Flamed or bush-hammered finishes improve anti-slip performance. Custom-cut kerbs, treads, and calibrated thickness available.
Slate
Textured surface with strong underfoot grip.
Suitable for patios and garden paths; sealing enhances moisture control and long-term durability.
Travertine
Warm-toned stone with tumbled edges and natural texture.
Popular for pool decks and terraces; available filled or unfilled, with sealing options for stain and salt resistance.
Wood-Look Porcelain
Porcelain planks replicating natural wood without warping or fading.
Slip-rated options for decks and outdoor stairs—easy to maintain and weather-resistant.
Sibolla Building Outdoor Tiles Solution FAQs
Q: Which thickness and slip rating should I choose for outdoor areas?
A: For patios and walkways, 10–20 mm tiles perform well; for driveways, choose 2 cm porcelain pavers or calibrated stone over an engineered base. Wet zones (pool decks, steps) should use R11/R12 (or wet DCOF equivalent). Avoid polished finishes outdoors; matte/textured grips better.
Q: Are your tiles suitable for freeze–thaw climates and coastal sites?
A: Yes. Porcelain (WA <0.5%) is frost-proof and resists salt and pool chemicals. Natural stone options are selected for outdoor durability; apply a quality sealer in coastal/splash zones. We can supply ASTM/EN test data and advise per climate.
Q: What installation method is best—dry-lay, pedestal, or mortar-set?
A: Dry-lay on compacted base is fast and permeable for patios/paths. Pedestal systems suit balconies/rooftops—clean drainage, easy access to services, height leveling. Mortar-set (or bonded) is ideal for high traffic and driveways. Always plan 1–2% slope, movement joints, and a code-compliant base.
Q: Do outdoor tiles fade, stain, or need sealing?
A: Porcelain is UV-stable, stain/chemical resistant, and typically doesn’t need sealing. Stone (granite/slate/travertine) may benefit from sealing to resist stains, salt, and freeze–thaw cycles. Clean with pH-neutral products; avoid harsh acids or metal brushes.
Q: Can you supply pool coping, steps, and trims that match the field tiles?
A: Yes. We provide bullnose, L/Drop-edge coping, stair treads, corners, and finishing trims in coordinated colors/textures, plus waterline mosaics. This ensures safe edges around pools and stairs while keeping the design consistent.
